Pricing you see on a dealership’s own website, in its advertising, in third-party listings, or hear from a dealership may change or contain errors. We do not verify, guarantee, or accept responsibility for it. Always confirm the full price, including dealer fees, taxes, and add-ons, directly with the dealership, and get it in writing before you buy.

3. Dealership information

Dealership names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, hours, ratings, and photos come from third-party sources, including Google, and from the dealerships themselves. This information may change without notice and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, financing, or dealership terms. Please confirm all details directly with the dealership.

4. Certified Partners

Certified Partners are dealerships that have agreed to our program standards:

• a verified state dealer license and a physical sales location;
• confirmed contact details that are re-verified regularly;
• replying to enquiries from ShoppingVehicles.com shoppers within one business day; and
• honoring advertised pricing and disclosing dealer fees before you sign.

Certified Partners pay a program fee, so their listings are paid placements. A Certified Partner badge is not a ranking, a guarantee, or an endorsement of any specific vehicle, price, or financing offer. Our program standards do not make us a party to any transaction or responsible for a dealership’s conduct. We encourage you to compare more than one dealership before you buy.

5. Brainiac AI

Brainiac AI is an automated assistant that offers general information about shopping for vehicles. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Brainiac AI is not a dealership, salesperson, financial advisor, lender, or lawyer, and nothing it says is a quote, an offer, or professional advice. Please verify important details with a dealership or a qualified professional before making decisions, and do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

6. Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or copy dealership data or site content by automated means without our written permission;
• submit false, misleading, or abusive content;
• impersonate any person or business;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site or its security; or
• use the site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

7. Enquiries and communications
